Emergency Procurement - C-101881: Safe Park Service Provider

This contract is for the provision of Safe Park services by Live Love Outreach to the City of Vancouver. The services include managing the Safe Parking site, developing and implementing a Safe Parking program, coordinating with the Homeless Assistance and Resources Team, and providing support and engagement to individuals in the Safe Park community. The contract has a term of 88 days, starting from February 3, 2025, and ending on May 2, 2025. The total compensation for the contract is $237,202.36 USD. • The contractor will manage the site and day-to-day operations of the Safe Park site. • The contractor will develop and implement a Safe Parking program. • The contractor will coordinate with the Homeless Assistance and Resources Team and community partners. • The contractor will provide strengths-based and trauma-informed support and engagement to individuals in the Safe Park community. • The contractor will maintain timely and accurate records of service levels, participant characteristics, and expenditures.
