TRANSPORTATION PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES

This contract is for transportation professional engineering design services, including preliminary design, roadways, transportation, resurfacing/restoration/rehabilitation, sidewalks, shared use paths, traffic, and transportation planning projects. The consultant, Hardesty & Hanover, LLC, will provide all necessary services, equipment, and manpower to complete the work assignments. The county will provide information and services as needed, including copies of existing maps, aerial photographs, and contract documents. • The contract includes a detailed scope of work, including design phase, bidding phase, and other engineering services. • The consultant will provide a detailed schedule of rates, including unit prices for various services. • The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and auditing. • The consultant will maintain insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and professional liability. • The contract includes provisions for termination, dispute resolution, and indemnification.
