Description
The City of Roseville is soliciting bids for the Pleasant Grove Wastewater Treatment Plant Energy Recovery Project (ERP). The work includes construction of a new compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station, biogas upgrading system, microturbine cogeneration facility, and high strength waste receiving station.
