Description
The City of Port Arthur solicited bids for the construction of concession stands at Leger Field, Grado Field, and County Park. The contract was awarded to Basco Construction, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $304,654. The project includes the construction of new concession stands, provision of new water and sanitary sewer services, ADA walks, and concrete parking areas. The contractor is responsible for performing all site work necessary to ensure proper construction of the concession stands. The contract term is 150 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
