Garage 38, 44, & Lot 18 Lighting Improvements

The University of North Florida is seeking a qualified General Contractor or Electrical Contractor to perform lighting improvements at Garage 38, Garage 44, and Lot 18. The contract includes the removal and replacement of existing light fixtures with LED type fixtures and components. The contractor will be required to demo the existing units and replace them with new units per the construction documents. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days of the notice to proceed, with final completion within 30 calendar days of substantial completion.
