DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING (CO-OP)

The City of Palm Bay, acting as the Lead Entity for the Brevard County Public Entity Purchasing Cooperative, is requesting proposals from qualified medical firms to provide contracted services for the drug and alcohol testing program for covered employees. The contract includes various services such as 5-Panel Drug Test, SAMHSA 7-Panel Drug Test, 10-Panel Drug Test, Evidential Breath Testing, and Nicotine / Cotinine Testing. The contract also includes additional services such as On Site Collections, Cost - Shy Bladder / Shy Lung, Forensic Toxicologist (expert testimony), and Medical Review Officer (expert testimony).
