Abatement of Phase 2B Residences (77 houses) TSTC Waco

This contract is for the abatement of Phase 2B Residences (77 houses) at the TSTC Waco campus. The contract was awarded to AAR Inc for $578,677.00 USD. The scope of work includes asbestos abatement services, and the contractor is required to provide performance and payment bonds, as well as insurance coverage for the duration of the contract. The contract also includes requirements for on-site respondent requirements, such as following CDC guidelines for SARS-COV-2 and providing written documentation of warranties. • The contract requires the contractor to provide all necessary bonds and permits as defined in the Uniform General Conditions. • The contractor must also coordinate the scope of work with TSTC and provide all costs related to providing the complete services requested. • The contract includes a payment bond requirement if the contract price is in excess of $25,000.00. • The contractor must also provide proof of all required licenses and certifications. • The contract requires the contractor to maintain a traffic barricade of caution tape installed approximately 42” above finished floor unless otherwise stated. • All debris removal and cost of disposal shall be the responsibility of the contractor. • The contractor shall clean trash, debris, and sweep work area daily.
