This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide drug‑screening and testing services for the Juvenile Division of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. The work includes supplying rapid (instant) 5‑panel drug‑test kits (amphetamines, methamphetamines, cocaine, opiates, THC) and facilitating laboratory confirmation for urine (and optionally oral‑fluid) specimens collected at multiple court‑controlled sites in the Cleveland area. Approximately 200‑250 tests are expected each month, with an emphasis on timely results.
