Orchard Park III MSBU

This contract is for grounds maintenance services to be provided by Orchard Park III Homeowner's Association, Inc. to Hernando County. The contract is for a term of 2 years, with the option to renew for an extended period if both parties agree. The vendor will be reimbursed by the county for the maintenance work, with the total annual reimbursement amount set forth by the annual approved MSBU budget. The contract includes provisions for insurance coverage, indemnification, and termination. • The contract is for grounds maintenance services, including maintenance of grounds described in Section II and Section IV.B.3 of the attached Ordinance creating the MSBU. • The vendor will be reimbursed by the county, with the total annual reimbursement amount set forth by the annual approved MSBU budget. • The contract includes provisions for insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability. • The contract can be terminated at any time, with or without cause, by either party, upon 30 days' written notice.
