The State of Georgia, specifically the Georgia Gwinnett College, issued a Request for Proposal (eRFP) for Campus Custodial Services. The contract was awarded to ABM Texas General Services INC. for $1,277,084.74 USD. The contract term is from the date of award until the end of the State’s current fiscal year, with four (4) one (1) year option(s) to renew. The scope of work includes providing custodial services to the Georgia Gwinnett College campus, which consists of several buildings and facilities. • The contract requires the vendor to provide GA standard insurance coverage and requested insurance certificates. • The vendor must comply with the State Entity's instructions for mailing and receiving the federal work authorization program form. • The vendor must meet the minimum experience requirements and provide detailed information about contract cancellations or non-renewals. • The vendor must provide a statement explaining their depth of understanding of the work, why their company would be most qualified to provide products and services, and their capacity to provide the services. • The vendor must describe their company’s understanding of higher education and the needs for providing the services described within this RFQC.
