VMWare VSphere Cloud Foundation

This contract is for the provision of VMWare VSphere Cloud Foundation technology products and services to the City of Orlando and other participating entities. The contract has a term of 1 year, with the option for up to three additional 1-year extensions. The vendor, CDW Government LLC, will provide equipment, products, and services at or below the prices stated in their proposal. The contract includes provisions for shipping, sales tax, and customer service. • The contract is a cooperative procurement contract, available to public and nonprofit entities across the United States and Canada. • The vendor must maintain insurance policies and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contract includes a warranty provision, with the vendor warranting that the services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner. • The vendor must provide a primary account representative and perform business reviews with the City of Orlando and participating entities. • The contract includes provisions for contract sales activity reporting and administrative fee payments.
