Description
The City of Palm Bay is seeking qualification submittals from individuals and firms who desire to provide continuing consulting for land development review, engineering and inspection professional services. The contract term will be one year with four optional one-year renewal periods, for a total term not to exceed sixty months. The City anticipates contracting with up to two firms. Key aspects of the contract include:
• Land development review
