EGSC Landscape Grounds Maintenance eRFP

The East Georgia State College is seeking a qualified supplier to provide landscape grounds maintenance services for the Swainsboro campus. The contract will be for one initial year with up to four one-year renewals. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, fuel, materials, insurance, and other items necessary to perform the work as specified. The contractor will not be allowed to store any equipment on the college's property. The college expects a high standard of horticultural service. Some key aspects of the contract include: • The contractor must provide complete landscape and grounds maintenance on the Swainsboro campus. • The contractor must employ and provide on-site supervisory staffing with a minimum of 3 years of experience. • The contractor must be licensed and insured to do business in the State of Georgia. • The contractor must provide 3 references showing proof of commercial grounds maintenance in an educational or similar commercial setting on a contract of similar size and scope. • The contractor must provide everything necessary to perform the scope of work as specified, including equipment, materials, and labor.
