Real Estate Appraisal Services

This contract is for Real Estate Appraisal Services provided by Florida Property Advisors, LLC dba Integra Realty Resources to Orange County, Florida. The contract has a term of 5 years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contractor will provide professional/consultation services in the area of Real Estate Appraisal Services, as more specifically set forth in the Scope of Services detailed in Exhibit “A”. The COUNTY’S representative/liaison during the performance of this Contract is Christopher Langton. • The contract has a total estimated value of $485,250. • The contractor will be paid based on the rates set forth in the Fee Schedule detailed in Exhibit “B”. • The contract includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and insurance requirements. • The contractor must maintain certain types of insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability and Workers' Compensation. • The contract includes a provision for price escalation/de-escalation based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, municipal and county ordinances. • The contract includes a provision for dispute resolution, including the requirement for written notice and the opportunity for a final decision by the Procurement Manager.
