This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide a complete turnkey diesel backup generator system for the Morgan County Administrative Building in Fort Morgan, CO. The scope includes supplying a 1200 A diesel‑powered standby generator, associated automatic transfer switches, fuel storage, and a weather‑proof enclosure, as well as all civil and electrical installation work, permitting, testing, commissioning, and training. The contractor must handle site preparation, concrete pad construction, integration with the existing elevator system, installation of a lockable fence/barrier, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and ADA requirements. The project also requires provision of as‑built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals, and on‑site training for county staff.
