Actuarial Valuation Services

The City of Richland is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide actuarial valuations for its 2014 financial statements. The services required include actuarial valuations for the Post-Employment Healthcare Plan, Police Relief and Pension Plan, and Firefighter Pension Plan.
