Architectural & Interior Design Services ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is for architectural and interior design services, including professional services such as conceptual, schematic, and design development studies, existing conditions documentation, design and construction documentation, and more. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to extend for up to two successive periods of one year each. The total compensation payable by the City to the consultant cannot exceed $2,500,000 annually. The consultant must provide all work within the time limits required under the agreement and must comply with all laws, ordinances, and administrative regulations applicable to the work under the agreement. Some key points of this contract include: • The City may terminate the contract for any reason or no reason at any time, without cause or liability, by giving the consultant ten days' advance written notice. • The consultant agrees to indemnify, save, and hold harmless the City, its officers, and employees from and against losses, costs, penalties, fines, claims, judgments, and damages. • The consultant must provide proof of insurance, including professional liability, workers' compensation, and commercial general liability insurance. • The consultant must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and administrative regulations, including those related to minority business enterprise (MBE) and women's business enterprise (WBE) participation.
