ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Freeport is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/Architectural/Surveying Firm to provide engineering services for the preparation of preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct interim and final inspections for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project. The contract will be awarded to one or more firms, and the City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting timely proposals.
