SWR - Field Mowing Services

The contract was awarded to 360 Landscape & Construction with a subtotal of $59,731.38. • The project requires contractors to be currently on the District's Small Works Roster for the category "Landscaping" prior to bidding. • Two mandatory pre-bid meetings and site inspection tours were scheduled to answer questions regarding the scope of work, site conditions, and any general matters of concern. • Bidders must attend one of the pre-bid meetings and the associated site inspection tour to be eligible to bid. • The contract has a scheduled bid award date of March 21, 2023, subject to change.
