048.25.B3 General Contracting Services

This contract establishes a pool of skilled, experienced contractors to perform repairs, modifications, and/or installations to interior and exterior commercial building systems and components at various school and office building locations within the Howard County Public School System. The contract has a term of three years, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contract value is not to exceed $14,500,000.00 over the term, including optional periods. The contractor is required to provide all goods and/or services per the requirements as set forth in the Solicitation Documents. The contract includes provisions for billing and payments, taxes, contractor's representations and warranties, liability for loss of data, delays, extensions of time, liquidated damages, and termination.
