LEASE OF DATA RETENTION SYSTEM TO CAPTURE AND STORE VEHICLE LOCATION AND OPERATING DATA WITH RFID INTEGRATION

The County of Sacramento sought a vendor to provide a data retention system to capture and store vehicle location and operating data with RFID integration. The contract was for an initial term of five years with the option for two three-year extensions. The system was to be used for the County's waste management and recycling operations, including curbside garbage, green waste, and single-stream recyclable collection services. The contract was cancelled due to the impacts of COVID-19.
