Pipe Coating

The City of Tucson is seeking a vendor to provide pipe coating services for steel piping. The vendor will be responsible for providing powder coating services, and all products used must be NSF approved materials for potable water use. The City will transport steel piping to and from the vendor. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The total payment under this agreement shall not exceed $100,000. • The vendor must provide insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Tucson Procurement Code. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance and maintain records of all financial transactions related to the contract. • The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, upon giving thirty days' written notice.
