Description
The City of Red Oak is accepting bids for the Fox Hollow Estates 8” Force Main Improvements project, which includes the construction of approximately 1,270 LF of 8-inch force main and 40’ of 8” gravity sanitary sewer line with associated appurtenances and miscellaneous items. The project requires the submission of a complete original bid packet, including a cashier’s check or bidder’s bond for 5% of the bid amount, a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and other documents as specified in the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, maintenance bond, and insurance as detailed in the contract documents.
