Description
The City of Palm Bay is requesting proposals for the purchase and delivery of polymer used in the wastewater treatment plant. The selection of polymer will be based on the results of prequalification jar testing to determine the polymer dose and the polymer proposal cost. The contract will require the vendor to maintain cost performance within 110 percent of the pre-proposal qualification testing value. The vendor will be allowed to change products to maintain cost performance levels, but any product change must be approved by the entity.
