Description
The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin (HACSJ) had issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement, installation, and full site integration of a modular community building. The building was to be approximately 1,920 square feet and located at 2504 Connecticut Avenue, Stockton, California, within the Conway Homes community. The RFP process was terminated on August 28, 2025.
• The RFP was issued on June 18, 2025, and proposals were due by August 20, 2025.
• The project was subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
• HACSJ encouraged participation by certified HUD Section 3 businesses, as well as minority-owned and women-owned businesses, and disabled veteran business enterprises.
• The RFP process was terminated due to the best interest of HACSJ and Delta Community Developers Corp. (DCDC).
• A new RFP may be issued in the near future.
