Landscape Maintenance Services for Medians & Roadsides

The City of Tucson is seeking a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for medians and roadsides. The contract is divided into four groups: M-1 Northwest, M-2 Southwest, M-3 Northeast, and M-4 Southeast. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining medians, frontage road medians, and triangles, as well as performing additional on-call services such as replacement and fill of inert groundcover, hydroseeding, fertilization, palm tree trimming, and pre-emergent herbicide application. The contract has a term of 4 years, with the option to renew. The City of Tucson reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice.
