QTOF Sciex Instrument Service and Maintenance

This contract is for the service and maintenance of QTOF Sciex instruments, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and consumables. The contract is between the County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner department, and AB Sciex, LLC. The contract includes provisions for warranty, termination, and indemnification.
