Osprey Landing (Bldgs. W, X & Y) HVAC Upgrades CM Services

The University of North Florida (UNF) is seeking a Construction Management firm to complete HVAC upgrades for nine existing student housing buildings in the Building W, X, & Y complexes on the UNF campus. The project includes the removal and replacement of existing 2-pipe systems, installation of new equipment, and miscellaneous repairs. The estimated budget for this project is $9,000,000. The contract will be awarded to the firm that provides the best value to the University, based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and price. • The project involves HVAC upgrades for nine existing student housing buildings. • The contract includes pre-construction services, construction services, and a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). • The successful firm will be responsible for working with UNF staff and the selected Design Team to complete the project. • The contract will be awarded based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and price.
