Quality Assurance/Compliance Testing

The City of Prescott is seeking a contractor to provide on-call quality assurance and compliance testing services for public works capital improvement projects. The contractor will be responsible for performing materials sampling, testing, and other related services to determine compliance with technical specification requirements. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for two additional years. The contractor will be required to provide certified personnel, calibrated equipment, and comply with ASTM, AASHTO, ACI, and ATTI testing methods. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice.
