This contract is for specialty legal services provided by Snell & Wilmer LLP to Pinal County. The contract term commences upon execution and runs concurrently with the current term of the contract, unless canceled, terminated, renewed, or permissibly extended. The County has the sole option to extend the term of this contract up to a maximum of two additional automatic one-year terms.
