Description
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) are seeking qualified law firms to provide comprehensive general legal services on a rolling‑basis. The work is organized into four “Centers of Excellence” covering commercial transactions, employment & labor, corporate & regulatory matters, and litigation, with each matter executed via a Master Legal Services Agreement and individual Task Orders. Firms must submit hourly rate schedules (no blended rates), comply with a minimum 1 % Supplier Diversity Program spend commitment, and meet extensive insurance, record‑keeping, and ethical requirements. The contract is an open‑rolling three‑year agreement with an option to extend for an additional three years.
