PROVISION OF FOOD / BEVERAGE / SOUVENIR / CONCESSIONNAIRE

The County of San Luis Obispo issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of food, beverage, souvenir, and concessionnaire services at the SLO County Airport. The RFP offered the opportunity to design, construct, operate, and manage additional concession spaces at the airport. However, no award was made due to a lack of proposals. The key aspects of this contract include: • The provision of food, beverage, and retail services at the airport • The design, construction, operation, and management of concession spaces • The opportunity for multiple agreements to be awarded to one or more proposers • The airport's right to modify concession spaces at its sole discretion • The inclusion of approximately 375 square feet of food, beverage, and retail service area in the Pre-Security location, and approximately 60-100 square feet of space in the Post-Security location.
