Description
This contract is a Master Independent Contractor Agreement for General Contractor Services between the Chicago Park District and Pacific Construction Services, Inc. The contract is for a period of one year with the possibility of up to three additional one-year extensions. The contractor will provide general contractor services to the Park District, including new construction, renovation, and environmental remediation. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination.
