Description
This contract calls for a complete renovation of the natural‑grass football field at Pickens High School, including removal of existing sod, installation of new top‑soil, sand amendments, a trench‑under‑drain system, and replacement with “blue‑tag” sod. The contractor must own and operate specialized equipment (e.g., GKB/Koro Topmaker, laser‑guided grading tools, trenchers) and provide an ASBA‑certified project manager, an agronomist, and a soil‑testing lab. All work must be finished within one month, and the contractor must furnish a one‑year warranty, bid bond (5 % of price), and performance bond (100 % of price).
