Description
The City of Hesperia's Engineering Department was seeking qualified professional consulting firms to submit a proposal to provide professional landscape and engineering design services for the Golf Course Trails. The project would have consisted of design development and preparation of construction plans and specifications, and construction cost estimates. The trail system would have extended 4.5 miles around the golf course and included signage, benches, and a pedestrian bridge. The RFP was cancelled due to the need for revisions to better align with project goals and requirements.
• The project was funded by the California Drought, Water, Parks, Climate, Coastal Protection and Outdoor Access for All Act of 2018 (Proposition 68).
• The RFP was available for download through the PUBLIC|PURCHASE website.
• The deadline for submitting questions online was February 3, 2025, by 4:00 pm.
• The RFP was cancelled, and an updated RFP will be released in the near future.
