This contract is a cooperative purchasing agreement between the City of Goodyear and Balar Holding Corp dba Balar Equipment Corp for the provision of heavy duty fleet, construction, and agricultural/industrial parts, service, and accessories. The contract has a term of 4 years, with an option to renew for an additional 4 years. The contract value is $55,500.00. The City of Goodyear is exercising its option to purchase under a contract previously awarded to Balar Holding Corp dba Balar Equipment Corp by Maricopa County.
