MSE Brand Toner

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for MSE Brand Toner, as detailed in Exhibit A of this RFQ. The purpose of this bid is to establish contract pricing for the purchase of the specific brand of toner, per line item specifications listed in Exhibit A. Toner will be ordered on an as-needed basis. The contract was awarded to LD Products and Daisy Wheel Ribbon. • The toners requested are originally manufactured by Hewlett Packard (HP). • Bidders are encouraged to submit their lowest pricing initially, as the County may award a contract without negotiation. • All prices quoted shall include shipping, handling, delivery, and/or freight. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers to waive any discrepancy or technicality and to split or make the award in any manner determined by the County to be the most advantageous to the County.
