FSU Facilities Key & Lock Services

The contract is for locksmith services and repairs for locking devices and spaces around the Florida State University campus. The successful respondent, TLB Ventures, Inc., will provide all necessary materials, equipment, training, and consulting services to support the day-to-day operations of the Key & Lock Shop. The contract includes major Key & Lock projects and emergency situations. Key aspects of the contract include: • Locksmith services for keys, locks, and doors for cabinets, desks, rooms, life safety, and entire building systems • Repairs for locking devices and spaces around campus • Provision of all materials, equipment, training, and consulting services as needed • Support for the day-to-day operations of the Key & Lock Shop • Assistance with major Key & Lock projects and emergency situations
