This contract is a Master Independent Contractor Agreement for Architecture and Engineering Services between the Chicago Park District and Kuklinski+Rappe Architects. The contract has a term of 1 year with the possibility of up to 3 additional 1-year extensions. The contractor will provide architecture and/or engineering services to the Park District for various projects. The contract includes provisions for indemnification, insurance, and termination.
