048.25.B3 General Contracting Services

This contract establishes a pool of skilled, experienced contractors to perform repairs, modifications, and/or installations to interior and exterior commercial building systems and components at various school and office building locations within the Howard County Public School System. The contract has a base period of three years, with the option to renew for two one-year periods. The contract value is not to exceed $14,500,000.00 over the term, including optional periods. The contractor is required to provide general contractor services, including repairs, modifications, and installations, on an as-needed basis. The contract also includes provisions for billing and payment, taxes, and indemnification.
