P-16015 Architecture & Engineering Services

The Chicago Park District is seeking architectural, engineering, and landscape architectural firms or consultants to provide services for various projects. The contract has a term of one year with the option to extend for up to three additional years. The vendor will be required to perform a minimum of 25% of the work with its own forces. The contract includes provisions for sustainability practices, such as waste minimization, energy efficiency, and water efficiency. The Chicago Park District reserves the right to reject any and all qualification packages, or to withdraw, cancel, or reissue this RFQ, in whole or in part, in the event that competition is deemed inadequate or that it is otherwise in the best interest of the CPD.
