PARTS AND ACCESSORIES FOR VEHICLES UNDER 15,000 GVWR

This contract is for the provision of parts and accessories for vehicles under 15,000 GVWR to the Ocean County Board of Commissioners. The contract was awarded to 15 vendors, including GSAC Corp. t/a Auto Parts Connection/NAPA, C&M Auto Parts, LLC, and Jasper Engines & Transmissions, among others. The contract has a term of 2 years, from August 2, 2023, to August 1, 2025. The scope of work includes the provision of various parts and accessories, such as engines, transmissions, brake parts, and electrical system accessories. The contract also includes a provision for the extension of the term of the contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15. • The contract includes a list of items that the vendors will provide, including additive and auto care products, body parts, brake parts, and chassis, steering, and suspension parts. • The vendors will provide these items at a discounted price, with the discount ranging from 20% to 60% off the manufacturer's suggested retail price. • The contract also includes a provision for the payment of invoices, which will be made upon the approval of vouchers submitted by the vendors. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the Ocean County Board of Commissioners, including the requirement that the vendors comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
