Truckee Library Improvements

The Truckee Library Improvements project involves the renovation of the Truckee Library, including demolition of existing bookshelves and flooring, disposal of marked items, priming and painting of interior walls and ceilings, installation of carpet, vinyl plank, and 4” rubber base. The project was awarded to six vendors: GSP Construction Inc., Building Concepts Construction, Kingsley Builders Inc., Buskirk Construction Inc., Treehenge Construction Inc., and Pro-Ex Construction Inc. The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process, with bids ranging from $157,000 to $192,000. The project is expected to be completed under a lump sum contract.
