This contract calls for the provision of specialized counseling, crisis‑intervention, and resilience‑building training services to law‑enforcement personnel, their spouses, and families within Cuyahoga County. The awardee must deliver a range of in‑person services—including individual counseling, 3‑hour officer trainings, co‑facilitated resiliency groups, police‑spouse education sessions, and a multi‑hour family retreat—while maintaining 24/7 crisis hotline availability and meeting stringent insurance and registration requirements.
• Required credentials: licensed clinical counselors, certified trauma professionals, and experienced law‑enforcement facilitators (≥15 years for officers, ≥10 years as spouse for spouse groups).
• Service delivery: on‑site at County property (vendor must be within 15 mi of 1215 W. 3rd St., Cleveland, OH 44113) with flexible, last‑minute scheduling.
