Public Works Buildings 1 & 2 Roof Replacement

The City of Corvallis, Public Works Department is seeking bids for the roof replacement of Public Works Buildings 1 and 2. The project includes installing flute filler foam, cover board, and a new membrane roof, as well as replacing damaged gypsum cover board and mechanically fastening the new membrane. The contract is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, and the City encourages small, minority- and women-owned businesses to bid. • The bidding documents for this project may be downloaded from http://www.publicpurchase.com. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit was held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. • Sealed bids must be received by 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. • The contract is for a total lump sum, with prices per sheet ranging from $40.00 to $110.00. • The project requires a twenty (20) year material only warranty. • The City requires bidder certification, bid schedule, bid addenda acknowledgement, bidder residency certification, bid commitment, and bid bond. • The City also requires performance and payment bond, first tier, and cert drug testing program.
