This contract is a design‑build procurement for the demolition, design, and construction of a new TSA and Houston Police Department bunker, HPD office, K‑9 kennels, and associated support facilities at William P. Hobby Airport. The City of Houston – Houston Airport System will award a single contractor (or joint‑venture) to provide full design services, obtain all permits, and execute construction in three phases: demolition and site preparation, building of new structures, and relocation/restore work.
