Interlocal Agreement, Law Enforcement Data Sharing, City of Richardson

This contract is an interlocal agreement between the City of Richardson and Collin County for the sharing of law enforcement data. The agreement allows for the sharing of data such as records management systems, computer-aided dispatch systems, arrest records, gang records, and offense reports. The data will be shared through the North Central Texas Fusion System. The agreement does not require any funding, hiring of additional personnel, property acquisition, or ancillary costs to either party.
