COTS Software

This contract is for the provision of COTS software and related services. The contract has been modified to extend the expiration date to September 30, 2025, and to include terms for Statements of Work (SOWs) executed with authorized users. The SOWs are limited to work directly related to the software licenses/subscriptions sold to the authorized user by the supplier. The contract is between the Commonwealth of Virginia, represented by the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA), and CDW Government LLC.
