Description
This contract is a renewal of an existing agreement between Fauquier County Government & Public Schools and Carter Machinery Co., Inc. for comprehensive equipment maintenance, parts supply, and related environmental services. The renewal covers a one‑year period (April 28 2026 – April 29 2027) and maintains all original terms, conditions, and pricing. The County is exercising the second of four possible one‑year extensions, contingent upon the vendor providing an updated Certificate of Insurance.
• Scope: Ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance of County‑owned equipment, provision of spare parts, and associated environmental services.
• Term: One‑year renewal (second optional extension) with the same rates as the original 2025‑2026 contract.
• Requirements: Signed renewal acknowledgment and a current Certificate of Insurance naming the County as additional insured.
