Diabetes Care Services

The City of Orlando has awarded a contract to AdventHealth Orlando for diabetes care services. The contract includes the provision of comprehensive labs and other services for the Thrive Diabetes Care Program. The contract has been amended to include Thrive Lite for company recipients who continue to receive services beyond the first two years. The contract is valued at $270,103 and is set to expire on December 31, 2024.
